Important: final payments and non-transferable credits
All completed purchases and credit top-ups are final. We do not offer refunds for a change of mind. Purchased and promotional credits cannot be refunded, transferred to another member, withdrawn, resold or exchanged for cash.
These restrictions do not limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including statutory remedies for a service that is not provided as required.
There is no member-to-member credit transfer, refund or cash-out function.

Eligibility and consent
Users must be at least 18 and expressly accept the Privacy Notice and cultural disclaimer before submitting birth details and a question. Separate, unchecked purchase consent will be required before any charge.
Scope and pricing
Each future order grants one question-specific, seven-day reading. It is not unlimited chat. The marketing target is US$8.88 equivalent, but Billplz will collect in MYR at the exact amount clearly quoted at checkout.
Nature of the service
Ziwei360 is for cultural learning, entertainment and self-reflection. Reports are subjective interpretations, may involve AI and may contain errors. No outcome is guaranteed and reports do not replace professional advice.
Report access and retention
Purchased reports are planned to be accessible for 30 days from generation. Their content will then be deleted according to a documented policy; limited payment records may be retained where required by law.
Payments and statutory rights
No payments are accepted during this release. Refunds, cancellations, promotions and prepaid credits require final published terms and merchant/legal review. Non-waivable consumer rights remain unaffected.
Policy texts require Malaysian legal and merchant review before taking any customer payment.
