Important: final payments and non-transferable credits
All completed purchases and credit top-ups are final. We do not offer refunds for a change of mind. Purchased and promotional credits cannot be refunded, transferred to another member, withdrawn, resold or exchanged for cash.
These restrictions do not limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including statutory remedies for a service that is not provided as required.
There is no member-to-member credit transfer, refund or cash-out function.

Is the chart real?
Yes. Your free preview is calculated from a Zi Wei Dou Shu engine and shows twelve palaces and their associated main stars. It is a cultural model, not evidence that events will occur.
Can I ask unlimited questions?
No. The planned US$8.88-equivalent reading is limited to one question and one seven-day report. Reopening your purchased report within 30 days will not charge you again.
When can I pay?
Google membership is active. Payments and credit top-ups remain disabled pending approved MYR prices, Billplz sandbox acceptance and legal/merchant review. Payments are final, and credits cannot be refunded or transferred, except where required by law.
What about the opening credit promotion?
Proposed promotions are US$10+US$10 bonus credits and US$50+US$50 bonus credits, with MYR settlement. They are inactive and subject to eligibility, expiry, refund and legal terms before launch.
What happens to my personal data?
The current free preview does not store your raw birth data or question in its database; it records the versioned consent event. Future full member reports will be kept for 30 days, with minimum legally required financial records kept separately.
What if my birth time is uncertain?
Zi Wei Dou Shu charts depend on the double-hour segment. An uncertain birth hour may produce a different chart. Historical daylight-saving time and true solar-time corrections are under additional validation. Avoid paying if the required method is not supported.
Policy texts require Malaysian legal and merchant review before taking any customer payment.
