Important: final payments and non-transferable credits
All completed purchases and credit top-ups are final. We do not offer refunds for a change of mind. Purchased and promotional credits cannot be refunded, transferred to another member, withdrawn, resold or exchanged for cash.
These restrictions do not limit rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded, including statutory remedies for a service that is not provided as required.
There is no member-to-member credit transfer, refund or cash-out function.

Payments
A future reading will require an exact MYR quote, one-order description and an affirmative purchase authorization. Payment redirects alone will never prove an order has been paid.
Service failure
When a confirmed paid reading cannot be delivered after bounded retries, the customer will receive a fair refund or restoration of eligible credit under published terms and applicable rights.
Purchased and promotional credit
Purchased credits and promotional bonus credits will be accounted for separately. Promotional credits are not cash, may have stated limits and must never be silently removed after they are legitimately granted.
Launch offers
The planned US$10+US$10 and US$50+US$50 equivalent offers remain disabled. MYR prices, eligibility, cap per member, expiry, anti-abuse and treatment of unused credits require approval.
Consumer rights
Nothing in the finalized policy can exclude non-waivable statutory rights. Merchant and Malaysia legal review are required before activation.
Policy texts require Malaysian legal and merchant review before taking any customer payment.
