What we process in free preview
The birth date, traditional hour, birthplace, selected time zone, calculation setting and one question are sent to the Worker to calculate your preview. The current database records policy version, locale, UTC time and a random consent event/session identifier, not the raw birth details or question.
Why the data is used
The current purpose is generating the requested symbolic chart and recording meaningful consent. We do not enable marketing analytics or send free-preview information to an AI model.
Planned paid reports
If public readings are introduced, member identity, private report content, entitlements and minimal payment records will be handled separately. A paid report is planned to be viewable for 30 days, then removed from active private stores; financial records may have separate lawful retention requirements.
Security and hosting
Cloudflare provides hosting and network services. The public Ziwei360 website needs no shared access code. Encrypted member drafts and available private reports are restricted to verified Google accounts. Administrator authentication is separate and protected.
Your rights and contact
Access, correction and deletion procedures are being prepared. A support contact and finalized Malaysia PDPA notice will be published before commercial launch. Cross-border processing and AI provider disclosures will be made before optional AI use.
Policy texts require Malaysian legal and merchant review before taking any customer payment.

They are not scientifically established forecasts and cannot guarantee events or outcomes. Content is not medical, mental-health, legal, financial, investment or other professional advice. AI-generated explanations may be incomplete or inaccurate. Please do not rely on them alone for major or urgent decisions. Your birth details, selected question and report will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Notice, including disclosure of necessary information to the chosen AI service when you purchase an AI-assisted reading. The full reading is available in your account for 30 days, after which its content will be removed under our retention policy. Certain minimal payment records may be retained as required by law.
